Accommodations

Four staterooms, galley up arrangement.

The Master is located aft of the full width engine room,  furnished with a centerline King berth and built-in bureaus outboard to port and starboard.  His and hers heads aft of the berth are accessed to
port and starboard. A Jacuzzi tub/shower combination separates the two heads. Both heads
finished with marble decking and partial marble splash fronts. Entertainment includes a Sharp flat screen TV, Toshiba DVD, and Sony Stereo.





 
A beautiful VIP guest stateroom is amidship forward of the engine room, accessed from the
pilothouse. Furnished with an island queen berth, there are also bedside cabinets and two
cedar hanging lockers along with abundant built-in drawers. The VIP stateroom has an ensuite head with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Continuing forward from the VIP cabin is the laundry center with a Whirlpool stacked washer and dryer.
 
Two additional staterooms are forward, one with an upper and lower berth, crew cabin to port
with head and shower ensuite. Fully forward is the fourth stateroom with a tapered double bed
and ensuite head and shower, is very comfortable for a couple and would be considered a VIP on most yachts of this size.
 
On the main deck the PILOTHOUSE with sliding doors port and starboard, There is a built in bench seat aft of the center helm station with chart drawers below. From the pilothouse there is a stairway up to the flybridge, and a stairway down to the VIP, guest, and crew staterooms. A passage door leads aft to the main deck galley and salon. The pilothouse affords excellent visibility forward as well as to port and starboard. In 2007 new door locks were fitted for the port and starboard pilothouse doors.

The GALLEY is U-shaped and located aft of the pilothouse to port with a 4 person dinette opposite. The galley has new granite counter tops with a new stainless steel sink and new faucet from
Restoration Hardware. 2008 update includes all new counter tops, all new appliances
(refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, sink, insinkerator. New galley and PH floor in ash with light resin insert by Teak Decking Systems with multiple coats clear coat urethane.
New Roman blinds installed in galley and all new carpet installed throughout vessel with new
padding. New under-counter galley lights.

Main Salon is aft from the galley, full width, furnished with sofa, end tables, cocktail table, and
matching upholstered seating. To port is the built in wet bar with sink, storage cabinets,
and ice maker  The built-in entertainment system includes a new, upgraded to flat panel hi-def TV with new Blue-Ray DVD player, new and additional speakers, and a new single unit remote control for
all systems. The television signal is provided by a newly upgraded KVH 5 Satellite TV
system. There is a Sony Mega Disc 200 CD changer.

From the main salon an offset door leads to open aft deck and from there a stairway leads down
to the integral sport deck with built-in cabinets and freezer. A deck hatch provides access to a
lazarette and mechanical area. In 2007 a new aft deck awning frame with cover was installed.
New BBQ unit (Solaire gas) with tank.

Electrical

The generator room is located forward on the lower level. It houses two 20 KW Onan generators
in sound shields. The aft generator is original with 1,757 hours while the forward generator is
newer with approximately 784 hours. Ships systems are 12V/24V/110V/220V. There are two
50 amp shore power cablemaster reels accessed at the foredeck.

battery chargers are mounted in the engine room as is a galvanic isolator.
Battery banks include the 24V engine starting batteries, 12V generator and house banks, and
the new 12V batteries and charger dedicated to flybridge navigation and entertainment
systems. Battery isolation switching system. Vanner battery equalizers-Voltmaster model
60-50A. Forward generator has dedicated 12 volt battery.
(2) Magnetek isolation transformers located in generator space.
