Vessel Walkthrough Standard 45 Hatteras layout with twin berths in the master stateroom. SALON layout includes large L-shaped settee to starboard and forward with storage area beneath. There is a wet bar opposite to port with icemaker and 2 upholstered armchairs. Engine room is accessed through a hatch in salon sole. There are 2 custom rod holder racks in overhead to port and starboard. Down 4 steps from Salon is the GALLEY to port with sink, stove/oven, and standup refrigerator/freezer. To starboard is MASTER STATEROOM with twin berths, two-drawer nightstand between and hanging locker forward. There is access to the head forward as well as galley/companionway area. Forward is V-BERTH cabin with excellent drawer storage beneath berths and a large hanging locker to port. The interior decor consists of teal carpeting throughout with sand colored linoleum in galley and head. The salon settee, curtains and valances are teal with the 2 chairs upholstered in a mauve/teal pattern. The teal decor is continued into the 2 cabin areas. Off white blinds are on all Salon windows. The teak throughout the boat is currently being finished in gloss varnish and is in excellent condition.
