Accommodations This three stateroom motor yacht is built for comfort and leisure of its passengers. Boarding through the transom into the cockpit and up three stairs onto the California deck, through a sliding salon door to the spacious well appointed salon. Here there are leather settees both to port and starboard along with a cocktail table. Forward is a gorgeous wet bar with ice maker and entertainment center with TV, and a mirrored wall with pass through to the pilothouse. Bookshelves are on the port side of salon. On the starboard side forward of settee is maple desk with passageway leading forward to the pilothouse. Down from pilothouse aft is a carpeted hallway to the Master and VIP Staterooms both with ensuite head and shower. To port and starboard in hallway are full door entrances to engines with each seperated by the hallway. Moving forward from the salon and into the PilotHouse you descend carpeted stairway into spacious galley to port with dinette across to starboard. Galley has parquet flooring, Granite countertops and is complete with full compliment of appliances to allow for the chef to prepare meals for all tastes. Pilothouse is well equipped with electronics for cruising long or short distances. Access to the PH is through salon as well as sliding doors, Port and Starboard, from the walking decks. All dishes, art work and coverings (bedding etc.), stay with the boat.

Staterooms Owner's Stateroom and Spacious Ensuite Head Plenty of privacy in this large and spacious Master Suite which is located aft down a hallway decorated with art and wall coverings in the vessel. It features a full queen centerline bed, ensuite head/VacuFlush and full stand-up enclosed shower. Large hanging closets and incredible storage space for all your cruising needs. Beautiful decorations with wall hangings/pictures and various other art works. AC, TV, VCR etc. VIP Stateroom Guest Stateroom This stateroom is very spacious and is quite comfortable for two people. It consists of two (2) side by side twin beds and is located on the port side aft of the engine room. The room features a large hanging closet, night stand and mirrored bulkhead. Stateroom has AC controls, TV . The head is located across the hall with stand up shower and lots of room.
The guest stateroom is forward and has over/under bunks, ensuite head with stand up shower and adequate storage space. All beddings are custom made and highly sought after as a designor upgrade.

Engine Room / Mechanical Equipmnet Twin Detroit Diesels are accessed through stand up door hatches (2) each located in the hallway leading to the master stateroom. The hallway runs between the two engines thus seperating them from each other. Each engine has two access points forward and aft of the engine itself thus allowing ease of access to them. The walls are very well insulated and decorated with art work and coverings and the floor is fully carpeted. You don't even know the engines are behind the walls.
Deck / Hull Large walking decks for easy navigation to foredeck and cockpit areas. Large deck boxes(2) on foredeck. Anchor with chain/300', windlass controls on deck, non-skid surface. Recently upgraded Vacu Flush head system.
