-- DESCRIPTION --
"Flipper IV" is a factory designed and built 1988 67' Cockpit Motor Yacht, not a cockpit extension on a smaller Hatteras. She has been owned by the current owner since 1989 and is a very nicely maintained, original boat. The decor and electronics, while very serviceable, are 1988 vintage and would most probably be updated by a new owner. She has less than 1000 hours total time on her twin DD 12V71TA 770 hp diesels, and her twin 20KW generators are at the 1400-hour mark. She is NAIAD stabilized, has a 13' Whaler w/ 40 hp outboard, Marquipt davit and two watermakers. With the 3-stateroom, 3-head, galley-down layout and a comfortable aft deck for entertaining, plus, a 100 sq. ft. cockpit, the 67 Hatteras CPMY is a highly versatile and enjoyable, "best of both worlds" design.

"Flipper IV" has had a complete Awlgrip paint job by Luu Yacht Refinishers at Jackson Marine in Ft. Lauderdale. This was a thorough "hardware off" repaint completed in August 2003, in Awlgrip Snow White with super Jet black boot stripe. A complete bottom job, which removed any semblance of blisters, was also completed at Jackson Marine. A brand new venturi windshield has been installed on the flybridge. Roughly $70,000 has been invested in this Hatteras and her owner has substantially reduced the asking price to effect a timely sale of his boat.

Most pre-owned 67' Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yachts are on the market at the $1,000,000 plus asking price range. "FLIPPER IV" is very realistically priced and your personal inspection is invited.
