The recent items listed above were completed in July of 2007. The engine has extended Cat warranties up to 2000 hours or 3/9/2010. Recent hull and mechanical surveys are available for inspection upon request.



Annual yard maintenance was completed 9/2008 and the vessel has received fresh bottom paint, prop speed?and?hull wax.

This vessel features a three stateroom/2 head layout with a large salon and full standup galley. Upon entering the companionway, the master stateroom is to port and features a queen sized walk around bed and ensuite head and separate shower compartment. Directly across form the master to starboard is the crew's stateroom that features twin single berths and ensuite access to the guest head. Moving all the way forward, you will find the VIP guest stateroom that features a centerlined queen berth and ample storage. Main salon: The extremely spacious salon features the preferred high gloss cherry wood interior. The port side of the salon features a plush cream colored leather sofa with underneath storage, a designer salon teak glossed table with storage, a uline icemaker, beige carpeting, fluted valence boards, and white vinyl headliner with recessed lighting throughout. The main electrical distribution panel is in the salon hidden from view in a cherry cabinet along with the remote control for the Village Marine watermaker. There is ample storage in the cabinets. The entertainment center is forward of the dinette and features a new (7/2007) HP flat panel TV, Denon stereo receiver, Denon 5 disc CD/DVD player surround sound speakers, and Satellite TV receiver. The galley is an integral part of the salon and features Corian countertops and backsplashes. There is ample drawer and deep cabinet/dish storage. There are two sets of Sub Zero refrigeration and freezer drawers, a 4-burner stove, Sharp convection/microwave oven, and sink with faucet and garbage disposal. The galley floor is Amtico in a teak and holly color scheme. Across from the galley is the dinette that features a Corian top that matches the galley countertop.

The flybridge deck was repainted 7/2007 and shows like new. Two new Bluewater teak helm chairs were installed 7/2007 and really set off the helm. There is ample seating directly forward of the helm with underneath storage and white cushions for comfortable seating. There is a molded in insulated (none refrigerated) drink box on the flybridge and rod storage under the forward port side seating lounge. The vessel features the ever-popular actuated pop-up helm that recesses with a flip of a switch to keep the electronics clean, dry, and secure when not in use. There is a three-sided clear strata glass curtain enclosure that received new zippers (7/2007). The helm is equipped with single lever controls and feature study backup controls that store in the helm.
