Vessel Walkthrough This vessel accommodates 8 owners and guests in 5 staterooms, plus 2 crew in a forward "V" berth.
The interior throughout is a beautiful light maple, with new carpeting and drapes, stereo system and TV. The interior is well laid out for comfortable living. The joinery work and hardware are of good quality, with abundant indirect and accent lighting throughout. All heads include shower, sink, Raritan macerating heads, marble vanity tops and ample storage. There are hardwood maple floors in companionways and stairways, carpeting and drapes in all cabin areas.
The large COVERED AFT DECK is set up for alfresco dining. It has a built-in propane barbeque, sink, freezer/icemaker with cutting board, ample storage and a built-in Splendide 2000 washer and dryer unit.
Salon The Salon is accessed from the aft deck. This area is comfortably and tastefully furnished and features a TV, built-in stereo, light maple interior, new carpeting and ample built-in storage.
Below Deck Accommodations The MASTER STATEROOM is aft, with queen size berth, ensuite head & shower, cedar-lined hanging lockers, storage cabinets, built-in under-berth drawers and nightstands with drawer storage.
The THREE GUEST CABINS are all forward of the engine room. The starboard forward cabin has a single berth, hanging cedar lined locker and storage. The Port forward cabin has a single berth, hanging cedar-lined locker and storage. The port aft cabin has (2) twin berths, a hanging cedar-lined locker , storage and an ensuite head and shower. The starboard aft VIP cabin has a queen berth, hanging cedar-lined locker, storage and ensuite head and shower.
The CAPTAIN'S QUARTERS consist of a "V" berth forward, hanging storage locker and ensuite head and shower.
Galley/Laundry On the same level just forward of the salon is the Galley. The galley features a Jenn-Air electric range, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, trash compactor, floor-to-ceiling pantry, Formica counters and plenty of cabinet storage.
Deck & Hull The decks, cabin and aft deck, and flybridge are constructed of molded solid fiberglass. The railings are stainless steel. The swim platform is integral with the hull with access from a mid-deck transom door and companionway. The deck is a full walk-around configuration. The foredeck features a built-in settee with cushions just forward of the pilothouse. Large twin storage lockers are built-in to either side of the settee and the port locker features a platform that is wired for installation of a dive compressor. On the foredeck there is room for four full-length chaise lounges with ample space for sunbathing. Located here is the electric windlass for the 90 lb. Danforth bow anchor (added 12/2006) with 200 ft. rode and 200 ft. chain accessed from hidden chain locker below deck.

Pilothouse The PILOTHOUSE is located forward of the galley and contains a lounge to port and wrap-around lounge seating to starboard. A fold-down maple chart table adjacent to the helm station, can also serve as additional dining space utilizing the wrap-around settee for seating. All main electronics and computer systems are located here and synchronize with the dual helm station on the flybridge.
Electronics & Navigation Equipment Full engine gauges are provided at both the pilothouse and the flybridge helm stations. Dell Pentium II computer system (dual station),full array of software, including navigation, weather, tides & currents and Maptech charts software.

Mechanical Equipment Stand-up engine room is well lit with access to all areas. Located below the salon with access through an aft engine room door at the base of the owner's stateroom companionway stairs.
Engines under consistent recommended maintenance program by MTU specialist. All service records,logs and documentation on file. Detailed instructions on how to operate all onboard system, including operating manuals and warranty records.
There are (6) air conditioning compressor units, all mounted in the engine room. Each unit is separately controlled and zoned throughout the cabins.
