Accommodation

PRELIMINARY LISTING - AWAITING OWNER'S APPROVAL

Centerline queen sized berth in the aft cabin with ensuite head and stall shower, two hanging lockers, dressing seat and desk/dressing table. Opening ports all around and a large hatch. Portside walkthrough with additional storage and engine access. Top loading deep freeze is outboard and just forward of that is the forward-facing navigation station, with full sized chart table and seat.

Moving forward, the galley is to starboard with curved companionway stairs on centerline. The spacious salon is next, with an L-shaped settee to port and a straight settee to starboard. There is a drop-leaf table between. The salon is bright inside, with large-sized opening Lewmar Ocean Series ports all around.

Moving forward, there is a bunk stateroom to port, with hanging lockers, storage and a dressing table. The upper bunk folds out of the way when not in use. Opposite is a head with separate stall shower. Forward of that is a V-berth stateroom, with hanging locker and abundant storage.

Interior finish is the classic Hallberg Rassy (light) mahogany, all cabinet doors are louvered, the cabin sole is teak and holly with fitted carpets overlaid.

Custom radar arch. As with all Hallberg Rassy's, there is a hard dodger forward of the cockpit. "Windsong" also has the optional hard top extension, which covers the forward half of the cockpit.

Remarks

Delivered in June 2003, "Windsong" is available in near - new condition.  She is meticulously maintained by a full-time captain.
 
She is very completely equipped, including a full Selden/Furlex hydraulic furling rig, 10HP bow thruster, an 8kW Westerbeke generator, Spectra watermaker, (2) units of Marineair (reverse cycle) plus a dual Espar diesel heaters.
 
Her electrical system was designed for worldwide use, with capability for both 110V and 220V service.  She has a full complement of electronics, including a Simrad/Robertson autopilot, Furuno radar with plotter, 2 computers with 3 monitors, including one in the cockpit, a Sailor VHF with US and European channels and ICOM IC802 SSB Radio.
 
The owner's stateroom has a centerline queen-sized berth with en-suite head and stall shower.  There is a V-berth stateroom forward and a bunk stateroom just aft to port.  The salon incorporates an L-shaped settee to port with a drop-leaf table and a straight settee to starboard. 
 
She will remain in the Annapolis area for much of the autumn, after which she'll be returning to Miami/Ft. Lauderdale.
