Vessel Walkthrough Starting forward is the v-berth cabin with infill. Starboard aft of the v-berth is an upholstered settee. Port aft of the berth is a large hanging locker. There are shelving units above the berth to outboard and additional storage beneath the berth.
The forward v-berth cabin ensuite head unit is located to port opposite the upholstered settee and includes a head, shower, sink and vanity located to outboard.
The main salon is next aft with an L-shaped settee to port and a bench settee to starboard. There is a fold-up teak dining table situated to centerline of the main salon. There is plenty of storage in the salon with lockers and storage space both above the settees to outboard and below.
The forward facing navigation station is located port aft of the L-shaped settee. It has a flip lid chart table, drawers beneath for storage and upholstered seating. The navigation equipment is located above the chart table and forward.
Opposite the chart table is the U shaped galley. The 3-burner stove is located centrally to outboard, the refrigeration unit and sink aft and there is countertop space located to centerline. There are storage lockers both above and below the countertops.
Aft of the navigation station is the walkthrough to the master cabin aft. In the walkthrough there are lots of lockers for storage and also access to the engine room.
The master cabin has a double berth to starboard and a single berth to port with shelving above the berths to outboard and a n upholstered seat to centerline. The ensuite head unit has a separate shower stall, sink, vanity and head.

Remarks A rare find A Hallberg Rassy 42 with FIBERGLASS DECKS!!! This owner brought the boat up to Canada and did a major refit including having a top Canadian shipwright remove the teak decks and replace ALL the coring and this also included isolating each section of deck coring from adjacent areas and reinforcing all major stress areas such as mast step, chainplate areas and major hardware attachment points with SOLID fiberglass making this deck the strongest on any HR 42 out there. The finish work of this deck job is impeccable and looks like it was done at the factory. Silver Bells has lots of recent equipment and is well set up for long distance cruising. She was sailed down to the Caribbean this fall and is currently out of the water awaiting new owners to take her on bigger and better adventures. If you are looking at Hallberg Rassy 42s but didn't want to deal with aged teak decks then you will appreciate the overall condition and excellent state of readiness that Silver Bells represents. The owner has been called back to work and is looking for a quick sale.
