YACHT OVERVIEW A delightful, fast, high quality yacht, built for the US market by the renown French shipyard of Guy Couach, with a Kevlar reinforced hull to DMV specifications. Three staterooms, with mid-ship master, three heads and small crew quarters forward. Recent top quality survey, and turnkey in every regard.
ACCOMMODATIONS Three staterooms, three head plus small crew cabin forward.
Upon entering from the spacious aft deck, thru a large stainless/glass sliding door, one is immediately impressed with the quality of the book matched varnished Cherry wood work, Birds Eye Maple counter tops and elegant overall appearance.
The Main Salon offers a beautiful cream leather C-shaped sofa on port, an oval inlaid cherry cocktail table with two cream ottoman's underneath. In the cabinets is a Sony TV, DVD player and Bose surround sound. Adjacent is a beverage refrigerator, and custom fitted storage for a complete set of Genevieve Lethu Ivory china and crystal glassware.
The GALLEY is located up two steps from the Salon on the starboard side, with a stainless door to the exterior. Corian countertops, Franke sink, Miele 4 burner stove, Sub Zero drawer style under counter refrigerators, Miele dishwasher, U-Line stainless icemaker, and GE stainless microwave/convection oven. Teak and holly sole.
Opposite the galley is the interior staircase to the flybridge.
Forward of the Galley to port is an attractive aft facing L-shaped settee, with matching Cream leather, Cherry table with inlaid Compass Rose, similar to the salon table. Aft of the settee is a stainless door to the exterior.
The Lower Helm is opposite to starboard, with Burled Walnut dash, leather helm (bench) with sliding adjustment.
Staterooms are located forward down a gradual stair case.
VIP stateroom is forward with centerline queen bed, which unlike other yachts of this size is NOT located all the way forward in the bow, having a very large deck access storage forward of this area. As a result, the VIP really feels like a VIP without a high raised pedestal berth, and provides great walk-around space. Cherry nightstands, built in chest of drawers, and ensuite head with stall shower.
GUEST stateroom, offers an upper/lower arrangement with criss-cross style beds. Ensuite head with stall shower, and double doors which allow it to function as a day head for guests.
MASTER STATEROOM, is located amid-ships and is full beam in the quietest part of the yacht. There is no water slapping noise as found in other yachts of this style that put the master forward . This area features a full king innerspring mattress bed, with pleated ultra-suede overheads, a sofa to port finished in beautiful suede leather, and to starboard is a desk/vanity. Teak and holly cabin sole through-out. Beautiful ensuite master head with stall shower.
FLYBRIDGE: Access from both the interior staircase and the aft deck ladder. Helm is forward on center line, with raised instrument panel protected by Lexan hatch, a tinted venture windscreen frames the forward end of the bridge. Pompanette dual helm chairs, with beautiful L-shaped settee, with folding fiberglass table aft. An electric grill, stainless sink and compact refrigerator are to starboard. A new (2007) bimini with full enclosure protects and provides shade.
Aft of the seating areas, is a liferaft canister mounted in quick release rack.
AFT DECK: Full U-shaped settee with table, excellent storage and double walk-ways to the large swim-platform, which also incorporates the tender and crane. Engine room access is from a staircase revealed by a floor hatch, with full standup head room.

Three superb staterooms, Caterpillar main engines, great engine room and priced right, but a very knowledgeable yachtsman owner. Simply turnkey and a must see if you are considering any flybridge express style yacht. US Duty paid.
