    Remarks

SEA BEAR is a highly customized and upgraded Gulfstar sailing yacht. Virtually all aspects of this yacht have been improved from her extended hull, custom designed "wing keel", hydraulic winches, hydraulic stowaway mast, hydraulic roller furling and custom designed hard top cockpit enclosure with custom helm and built in electronics. All of her extensive electronics, with many upgrades and improvements were completed in 2007. Her interior layout, amenities and decor reflect a yacht of near new vintage. Truly SEA BEAR stands out in any marina or anchorage she has traveled. SEA BEAR is comparable to new sailing yachts that cost several million dollars. Your inspection is encouraged and we feel SEA BEAR represents an outstanding value at her current dollar asking price.
