SUNRISE is in outstanding condition with fresh varnish and impeccable maintenance. She has just come from the yard (March 27, '08) with a flag blue AWLGRIP paint job on her hull that will make her by far the BEST CONDITIONED EASTBAY 43 ON THE MARKET! She sports all the extras that make owning an Eastbay 43 such an exciting experience as well as a 2006 dinghy with a Honda 4 stroke engine, cockpit bimini top, and helmdeck air conditioning and heat. She is being offered for sale, unexpectedly, for personal reasons and will make a wonderful cruiser for her next owner.

Accommodations
SUNRISE offers a two stateroom layout with hand-rubbed teak woodwork and off-white headliner. The master stateroom is located forward and features an island berth with storage below, large hanging locker and numerous drawers and lockers for storage. There is a hatch overhead and two opening portlights.

The guest stateroom is located between the galley and the master stateroom on the port side and features over/under berths, hanging locker and several drawers and lockers for storage.

The head/shower is located on the starboard side between the settee and the master stateroom. It features a separate stall shower, marbleite countertop and sink, Vacuflush freshwater head and plenty of storage

The helmdeck, three steps up from the cockpit, is huge with plenty of lounge seating and a teak sole. There is a large "L" shaped settee on the port side with storage below. Forward of the port settee is a mate's benchseat with storage below. On the starboard side there is an icemaker in a cabinet and a smaller straight settee. Forward of this is a second benchseat at the helm and a chart locker located on the forward port helm area. There are two hatches overhead and two opening side windows for ventilation, as well as an optional 16,000 btu reverse cycle air conditioning/heat system dedicated to the helmdeck area.

The Cockpit/aft deck is large and covered in teak decking. There is a storage locker on the forward port side which also has cushions and makes a nice seat, along with an optional bench seat just forward of the transom.
