Broker Remarks "CHARISMA", the name says it all. With everything from engines, to jet drives to soft goods having been replaced, overhauled and upgraded, including a drop down flat screen television in the salon.
"CHARISMA" gives off a one of a kind feel minutes after you come aboard. Even when you first step into the teak cockpit under cover and in the shade of a new sun awing, you know this is the boat for you.
Salon
The helm deck salon area is really the main living area of the vessel with a new custom enclosure with a teak wing entry door.
Two 12,000 BTU air conditioning systems keep the climate controlled perfectly in all weather conditions. When fresh air is wanted two overhead hatches with screens and both cabin side windows can be opened.
Both helm and companion seats are double wide, allowing for two people to sit in each. Under the portside seat is an icemaker and storage and beneath the helm seat you will find three sliding drawers as well as locker storage. Both seats are highly varnished teak with custom built-in bookshelves on the aft side.
In the aft portside section of the salon is a large L-shaped settee which has in excess of ten feet of seating and it also has a teak drop leaf hi-lo table in front of it.
Master Stateroom en Suite
Forward is the Owner's stateroom with an island double berth, custom mattress, new built in flat screen television, bureaus with large drawers and lockers to port and starboard.
A generous hanging locker to starboard with a large head, separate shower stall, opening SS port and a new custom glass shower door.
Under the berth is a chart drawer and two other drawers. Overhead is a large SS hatch opening port to starboard.
Guest Stateroom The guest stateroom is aft to port with two athwart ship single berths with seven drawers beneath. A hanging locker outboard between the berths, two SS opening ports and hatch overhead. Cabin has air conditioning and custom mattresses.
Head Opposite the guest stateroom is a head with shower, vacuflush toilet, SS opening port and dorade vent.
Galley
A large U-shaped galley is opposite the settee. There is an elegant "Mont Blanc" corian counter top with drawer and lockers below and above, (2) Grand Banks style, teak faced, SS lined refrigerator boxes with a Grunert cold plate system, a top load ice box in the aft port corner, 3-burner electric stove with oven, microwave, SS sink, and a Seagull water purifier tap.
Pantry storage opposite the settee for groceries.
