OLD WOOD is a real classic, one of the most popular hull designs ever built. The 42 Classic was first built in 1966. 375 Wood hulls later, American Marine switched to fiberglass in late 1973. Displacement hull with deep forefoot entry, full length keel and hard chines. Smooth ride at sea, spacious, open salon and two separate staterooms each with ensuite head and shower have made this one of the most enduring models of Grand Banks in the company's forty plus year history. Very clean.
