Electrical System The battery system is a four battery system. Each engine has its own battery with a fourth battery for the generator and house system. All batteries are gel-cell type. The boat has four battery switches. Between the four batteries and the four switches, this system will allow any or all engines to have dead batteries and still be able to start instantly, as well as allow the generator and house buss to operate normally off the generator battery or any or all of the other batteries. The three engine batteries are only to be used for starting and running of the engines. All boat electrical requirements come from a "house" battery. The house battery is connected to a battery combiner which will allow charging from the port or starboard engine. A special unswitched buss is connected directly to the house battery selector switch which provides continuous power for the flo-scan memories, the stereo memory and bilge pump float switches.
