You enter the cockpit via a wide seim platform that is equipped with a swim ladder.  There is a hot/cold transom shower and a walkthrough transom door to the large cockpit area.

To starboard, is a large U-shaped seating area that has a table that drops down to form a large sunpad along with a smaller sunpad on the transom.

To port, is a bar with a wet sink and lots of storage underneath.  At the helm, there is a double seat and the captain's seat folds up for standup operation and visibility.  The helm is well laid out.   There is a walkthrough windshield for easy access to the bow.  There are (2) steps going down to the cabin.

Also to starboard is the standup head with a handheld shower.  The forward section is a large berth that converts to a large dining area.

The galley features Magic Chef microwave, Norcold refrigerator and a small portable stainless steel stove.

The electronics include Simrad CE30 chart plotter (chips for South Florida and the Keys), Standard Omni VHF radio, custom rudder position gauge, Lowrance 3500 depth finder, 5" Ritchie compass and Bennett trim tabs with auto reset with memory.

There is a power windlass on the bow with a 20lb plow type anchor and 100' chain.  There is a walkthrough windshield and steps for access to the cockpit.

She is equipped with twin 7.4L Mercury engines with 0 hours and warranted thru 10/06.  She had new manifolds and risers installed in 1/04, new batteries in 10/05 and the drives were serviced in 6/04.  She has a Pro Mariner SS40 battery charger, Halon system, 7-gallon hot water tank with stainless steel cover and a power hatch.

This is the best of both worlds. The look of a sleek offshore performance boat with the room of a conventional family cruiser including a standup head, a large V-berth that converts to a dining area for (4) and air conditioning.
