The Hotel is fitted with about 307 rooms each provided with showers and toilets. Equipped with necessary towing arrangements. The barge has two continuous steeldecks, tanktop and maindeck. Below the tanktop double bottom tanks are used for ballast water, bunker, drain water and bilge etc. Between the tanktop and maindeck the space is arranged with machinery rooms, control room, workshop, garbage disposal, provision and stores, preparation rooms, laundry and a void space (about 650 m2), which can easily be converted to a nightclub, offices etc

The Floating Hotel is a converted accommodation ship originally built in Finland in 1968 and re-built with a full interior refitting, at Kotka Shipyard Inc., Finland in 1992.
