Overview
Classic Jersey built convertible on a low deadrise hull with a wide 15? beam, cored hullsides and a solid fiberglass bottom. Two stateroom model with an island master berth forward, and a twin starboard side berth. Both berths have their own TV?s.
The master berth has plenty of cedar storage and a separate entrance to the single head. The salon is highlighted with the Ultraleather L shaped sofa, high gloss table and built in entertainment center. Corian counters in both the galley and head. The galley has a full salon counter with bar stools, and a back Corian counter for the stove insert. The wood throughout is high gloss varnished teak. In the salon, there are easy open blinds inset into window pockets for a very finished look.
This yacht has all the aminities for comfortable cruising, and yet is an incredible fishing platform with a transom cockpit tackle station, fighting chair, fish box, freezer, sink and direct access to the engine room. With the Volvo 480?s this yacht cruises at mid 20?s and tops out over 30 knots.
Salon
The description for this salon is ?beautiful?. High gloss teak finish for all cabinetry, perfect window treatments with blinds, Ultraleather couch, entertainment center, breakfast bar and large galley in a very spacious package. Granite Countertop Bar. Granite counters in the aft galley with built in sink. Granite Counter cooking top, with electric two burner stove. Plentiful electric outlets throughout the galley. Under the sink counter are triple drawers, and three cabinets. On the port side is a unique shallow glass storage cabinet. The galley has mirror back walls above the countertops giving the galley a wide spacious look. Built-In Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer unit with Teak High Gloss Finish Doors. Above the stove - additional teak cabinets. For an added advantage - the Egg Harbor finish has two cabinets around the corner including an over the stairwell dry good cabinet and a spice cabinet built into the wall portside. Dinette
Master Stateroom
Forward from the galley ? double steps drop down to the stateroom level with an accompanying teak finish handrail. The master stateroom is forward with a large forward berth. A separate Air Conditioning/Heating unit supplies the staterooms. The first view into the master stateroom is an Etched Glass Mirror with an Egg Harbor Sportfish Convertible & a Blue Marlin in motion presentation. The master berth is nicely dressed with matching Custom Spread, Shams, and Accent Pillows. Underneath the berth are two easy access drawers and more storage under the mattress. High gloss upper teak cabinets are on both sides of the master stateroom. Starboard there are three cabinet doors to access a full length cedar lined storage area, while on the port side ? there are two cabinet doors and again ? cedar lined cabinets. Portside aft in the master cabinet is the Panasonic TV / VCR, and a separate Sony Stereo CD unit. Starboard aft is a fully cedar lined full length closet. The master stateroom is finished with checkboard teak floors, accent lights, overhead lights and unique berth reading lights. Plenty of outlets, TV/Phone Jack and RJ44 Jack.
The master stateroom has its own access door to the head.
Master Head
The head can be accessed either thru the Master Stateroom, or the companion way doors. Aft in the head is a full sized shower, with glass door. A Raritan Head, Corian Countertops with included Sink and Stainless fixtures. Mirrored storage cabinets & ceiling. Two large cabinets above the countertop and more cabinets below. All granite, teak and mirrored finish. Overhead lights and accent lights. Air conditioned. Teak parquet flooring.
Guest Stateroom
Nicely finished Guest Stateroom with the High Teak finish cabinets. Under berth very spacious storage area accessed by lifting hinged berth base. Teak cabinet & drawers. Accent lighting and overhead lighting. Individual controlled Sterio / TV Unit. This stateroom also has its own cedar lined hanging clothes locker. Matching Custom Spread, Shams, Accent Pillows compliment the berth, with mirrored backwall.
Safety
An EPIRB is mounted near the salon door in the salon for rapid access. Forward on the bow is a six person automatic Switlik deployment life raft.
The owner has spared no expense to make sure that backup pumps & filters are readily available on this boat.
The engines can also be turned into full sized water pumps with attachments to remove water directly from the engine room bilge. Engine Room fire extinguisher, helm mounted fire extinguisher. Manual & Automatic Fire extinguishing system.
Helm
The 42 Egg Harbor has a flybridge helm ? accessed from large cockpit stairs on the starboard side. Full four sides Isinglass surround the helm for a total enclosure if desired. Rollup windows on each panel of the Eisenglass. The helm has a hardtop cover, with mounts for radar, spotlights, antennae and GPS receivers.
Forward in the helm ? a spacious u shaped lounge seat across the forward helm area can accommodate up to six passengers ? a full party. Under this forward seating area is storage for safety gear, fishing tackle and other accompaniments. To the starboard is a full counter area with built in sink, trash can and Tundra refrigerator. Facing to the aft from this counter is an additional seat for an observer during fishing activities.
The helm it self has twin Popanette Captains chairs with nicely trimmed seats and arm rests. These seats are pedestal mounted, and can be swiveled to watch a trolling spread, or to face forward to the helm panel. On the helm, the primary gauges, engine controls & indicator lights are center, with electronics panel mounted to the port side. An additional bracket for a computer is mounted above the electronics panel. Stainless steel steering wheel. Cabinets underneath the electronics panel, with an accessory electronics switch panel inside the center cabinet.
