Remarks SIRIUS, the ancient Greek name attributed to the brightest star of the Orion constellation uniquely matches the qualifications of this particular motor yacht. Designed by Fletcher Design Ltd. and constructed according to the highest yacht standards, she was awarded the "Golden Plaque" from the American Bureau of Shipping. Sirius ideally combines highly comfortable accommodation for fourteen guests and ample outdoor space, whether on her magnificent, large, fully cushioned top deck equipped with lounge chairs and outdoor bar, her comfortable and spacious fore deck or her exquisite aft deck ideal for al fresco meals and relaxation. The spacious saloon has a grandeur atmosphere with tasteful fabrics, comfortable sofas, and large windows. A formal dining room, with large table and full size mirror, is an extension of the saloon. The vast range of watersports equipment combined with an attentative crew of seven will significantly add to unique chartering moments.
Also note the following The M/Y "Sirius" has high grade steel plating of 8mm/0.32 inches thick approved by both Lloyds and ABS Classification societies.
In 2003, during the yacht's refurbishment, addition of the upper deck Jacuzzi tub and total engine overhaul, the stern of the yacht was also lengthened by 4m/13ft. to make the rear deck and swimming platform more spacious. Therefore, the yacht is now 40.5m/133ft. instead of the original 36.5m/120ft.
It is also important to note that the yacht is more stringently inspected on an annual basis since for its number of passenger accommodations (7 cabins/14 guests) it falls under commercial passenger vessel regulations.
