| The interior is finished in high quality oak. It is generally finished, but the salon is being completed.
BRIDGE DECK: There is 7' headroom. Forward is the bridge area. Aft of the helm and console is a couch that converts to a queen bed. There is a full head with shower and shower seat. There is an interior stairwell. Aft is a large deck and there is a full walkaround around the bridge. When not underway, the bridge deck can serve as a very private guest suite.
MAIN DECK: The salon is aft and is approximately 14' x 14'. There is a fireplace. Forward is an entertainment center and a 1/2 bulkhead with electrical panel which separates the salon from the galley. The galley is approximately 14' x 20'. It is finished with Corian counters, all stainless steel Fridgidaire appliances - top home type - with full sized dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator freezer. There is a dumbwaiter to the bridge deck and a large walk-in pantry. There is 7' headroom.
LOWER DECK: Aft is a large lazarette with access to steering and lots of storage. There is 7' headroom. Forward of the lazarette is a large engine room, approximately 17' x 18-20' with mostly 7' headroom, and lots of walk around space. Forward of the engine room is a small stateroom with private head and large shower with shower seat. Forward of this stateroom is the very spacious master stateroom, 22' x 18', with private head and shower with shower seat. This master stateroom could easily be converted to three staterooms. Forward of the master stateroom is the watertight crash bulkhead followed by a large chain locker with forepeak. |

| Design Concept, Construction & Finish |
| CONSTRUCTION: Very heavy, solid hand laid fiberglass construction. Airex core in hull sides. Fully insulated with urethane foam. Watertight crash bulkhead forward aft of chain locker. Keel about 4' deep aft, ballasted; 21" wide rudder on protected skeg.
DESIGN CONCEPT: The vessel was conceived and built to be a tremendously comfortable home with large cabins, openess and lots of storage. High headroom adds to the comfort and ease of movement and feeling of space.
This is a development of proven Maine offshore vessels and has a high bow, wide beam, and a deep long keel. There are 28,000 lbs. of ballast to add to its stability. Decks are wide and open with super strong high side rails with bulwarks.
This vessel is built to go in any weather. Powerful bow and stern thruster coupled with a large keel make for great maneuvering ability.
There is no wood on deck. The deck finish is commercial for little to no upkeep. |

| Strong super seaworthy liveaboard trawler, heavy duty construction, 1200 sq.ft. lving space. Designed and built to be comfortable, safe and very easy to maintain. Exterior finish is commercial grade with no wood to care for. The exterior can be additionally faired and painted.
