Deck & Hull
Structures are built in accordance with American Bureau of Shipping Guide for Building and Classing Offshore Yachts.
Hull is laminated with vinylester resin with extensive use of kevlar unidirectional kevlar/E-Glass combinations with a foam core of varying density.
Deck is of kevlar/E-Glass vinylester laminate with foam core.
Exterior of hull and deck will be high gloss isophthalic gelcoat.
Kevlar/E-Glass, monolithic subframe housing keel loads, side chain plate loads & engine beds.
