General Comments This vessel was custom built as a private yacht for the original owners and commissioned December 1996. Although built on a commercial Chinese fishing trawler hull (not a junk) normally used for deep sea fishing, this vessel has never been used for commercial fishing, only private use. The Chinese trawler is a very wide vessel, providing for a roomy interior. It has a high bow, purposely built for big seas. Made entirely of 2 1/2 inch hardwood, this is a very rugged and seaworthy vessel. The current owner bought her in February 2004 and totally refitted the vessel from bow to stern, top to bottom, and outfitted her again for use as a private live aboard. Her twin Caterpillar Turbo diesel engines offer 375 HP each, and have low hours. She has two generators with third generator back up and industrial electrical through-out vessel. Complete SOLAS equipped. She was dry docked December 2006; registered as a private craft, requiring only one crew and certified for two years. She's well suited as a live aboard or diving vessel. Accommodations Sleeps a total of 11 in 3 private cabins and saloon. Two large cabins sleep 3 each. The master cabin with queen size bed and en-suite head sleeps 2. The salon sleeps 3, and offers seating for 12. Crew quarters for 4. All interior is solid teak wood. The aft deck is a huge 35+ square meters. Large 4 person dive platform at water level off stern. Three complete heads with showers. A "working head" with toilet/lav/shower, although perfectly usable for guests, has starboard access from the aft deck only. The wet/dry head can be accessed from the aft deck or from the saloon. It has a large shower/toilet/urinal/lav and is large enough to comfortably change clothes, do your hair, makeup or share with a loved one. The third is en-suite in the mater stateroom. There is a 4th shower on the aft deck. Everything is on a central pressurized water system with hot and cold water.
