Remarks This truly immaculate and beautifully maintained boat is being sold with a successful day sail charter business out of Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands, which the owners have been running for close to two decades now. The sale has to occur due to health reasons only. As those that follow these boats know, the CSY 44 is one of the toughest, yet aesthetically pleasing, yachts to have been built for the US production market and has stood the test of time admirably. In addition to being immaculate inside and out she has also received numerous and worthy upgrades over the years to allow her to stay in "turn key" condition. Upgrades just in last four years include all new batteries, new Raymarine instruments, a full awl grip respray of hull and deck , new toggles, tangs and chain plates as well as a new cruising chute. For a sailor looking for a lovely change of lifestyle running a solid boat that is in truly top condition, in one of the most pristine cruising grounds in the Caribbean, this is a fantastic opportunity that should be seriously considered.
