This has been artfully accomplshed in the 4450, with a high level of quality, luxury and style! TOPSIDES
Express-style seating at the helm, with a triple-wide helm seat, facing a modern cluster of gauges & controls. The helm seat is flanked to port by a facing double companion seat. The helm is elevated for outstanding sightlines and a full windshield provides excellent all-weather protection. Aft deck seating includes a u-shaped lounge across the transom, with two serving tables and an aft facing lounge -- providing comfortable seating for all of your guests. The bridge is fully enclosed by a bimini with plenty of headroom. "Grace Sea" includes the optional aft deck hardtop with wing doors and enclosure with screens. Both areas are carpeted. Heavy-duty hardware and mooring gear are all around, with an abundance of stainless steel safety rails and well-positioned cleats and rails. The 4450 is an easy boat to handle dockside, with an extended swim platform, molded staircase from the platform to the aft deck and wide, flat sidedecks moving forward. DOWN BELOW
Plush throughout ... a rich cherry veneer interior, coordinated with modern lighting treatments and fixtures gives the 4450 a feeling of inviting warmth. A smartly designed floorplan provides plenty of room for entertaining or cruising a crowd! Salon features include a large leather L-shaped lounge to starboard, with double incliner. Forward of the salon lounge is a comfortable L-shaped dinette, also upholstered in leather, with double pedestal table. Opposite the sofa lounge is a complete entertainment center with 20" TV/VCR & Clarion audio system. The galley completes the grand salon area, neatly separated but not hidden, and arranged with a full-size refrigertaor/freezer on the forward bulkhead and wrap-around countertops with plenty of drawer & cabinet storage. One guest stateroom is beneath the elevated dinette, with twin berths and an insert to convert to a king-size sleeper. The primary guest stateroom is at the bow, featuring a pedestal double, large cedar lined closet, built-in TV/VCR and mirrored headboard. Adjoining the forward stateroom is the guest head, with circular stall shower, vanity & toilet. The master stateroom is truly maginficent, with pedestal queen berth angled to provide extra floor area. A large cedar-lined closet providesd ample wardrobe space. The ensuite head includes whirlpool tub and shower, plus a large vanity & dressing area. Full cabin bulkhead doors are also cherry, with gold trim and handles. Coordinated shams, spreads and throw pillows accent the decor nicely. Carpets are protected by acrylic snap-down covers.
