RIGGING & DECK: Steak & Kidney has a powerful fractional rig with a Sail Area of approx. 1,801 sq. ft. The aluminum spars, triple spreaders, and rod rigging were removed, carefully inspected, tested, painted, and upgraded in 2004. All running rigging was replaced at that time. Headsails are hanked on and the mainsail has Fredricksen cars to facilitate hoisting and lowering the mainsail.
