BIG PRICE REDUCTION
OWNER WILL TAKE A TRADE-IN FOR A HOUSEBOAT The unique hull and deep keel of the Chris Craft Sport Fisherman offers a smooth ride in the harshest seas, and makes for easy docking in the windiest ports. There is little that is original about this 35 Chris. Custom Sunbrella canvas with an umbrella shade over the back deck. On the fly bridge are four new seats with pedestals, new Morris Controls, new ships wheel, new hydraulic pump with tilt, new individual breaker panel for the fly bridge, Radar arch with twin spots and side lighting, also new radar, fish finder and real time sonar. All replaced in 2004 to 2006.
To make for a very roomy salon the L shaped seat and galley was removed placing the galley in the lower bunk area. This made for a large salon with more room than you would find in 40 foot vessels. Storage was added in the floor and along the starboard side. The 27 inch TV was built into the port side. New electrics with a massive electrical panel governing everything that goes on in the boat.
The galley offers unique slide out drawers and a 6.5 cubic inch refrigerator. There is a two burner electric stove, built in microwave and tons of storage. New lighting and head liner were added last year. There is a side berth in the bow with an innerspring mattress with plenty of storage. New faucets in the head and galley including a new toilet. Nobody knows how many hours are on the engines. They burn no oil and have electronic ignition, electric fuel pumps, new manifolds, new mufflers, new Holly Carburetors, and new exhaust.
There is a very expensive Graco oil removal system hooked direct to the oil pans. The boat has a 18,000 BTU Mermaid marine air and a 3kw generator with about 400 hours.
It also has three Sea Breeze ultra quiet electric heaters for those cool nights. There is one in the salon, galley and forward berth.
The boat is used now as a summer cottage, but would make a great fishing vessel or live aboard. Health reasons are forcing sale of this vessel.
