TOPSIDES The 260 Express features a surprisingly spacious cockpit for a boat of its size. A double wide seat is positioned at the helm, with a slide-away aft facing jump seat built into the seat base. A comfortable passenger seat is to portside and a thickly padded aft bench seat folds away when not in use, opening the cockpit floorspace for fishing, diving or engine room access. Swim platform access is via a starboard transom door. Foredeck access is via the walk-thru windshield, with wide molded steps alongside the helm. A large bimini top provides ample shade and also includes side curtains and an aft curtain, all in "like new" condition. Cockpit seat vinyls and removable carpet are also in excellent condition. DOWN BELOW Chris Craft adopted a slightly different angle on the traditional mid-cabin floorplan and created a layout with plenty of mid-cabin privacy. Cabin entry is set to the port, with the enclosed head compartment immediately at the base of the stairs, to starboard. Further to starboard is the mid cabin entrance, with the sleeping area tucked in beneath the elevated helm. The galley is forward of the cabin steps, to port, and includes ample countertop area, circular sink, microwave and fridge. The vee berth area is gently rounded and is upholstered in an attractive print and rimmed with a richly padded deep emerald backrest, all with storage below. This area also converts to a dinette. The 260 express features a fiberglass innerliner and removable cabin carpet, for ease of maintenance and excellent durability. 2 -- DECK VENT HATCHES W/ SCREENS HANGING LOCKER CO MONITOR KENWOOD AM-FM-CD W/ WIRELESS HELM REMOTE
