Introduction

This has to be one of the most beautiful motor yachts that Chris Craft ever made.  She is still a very elegant yacht in any marina in the world.

She is a three-stateroom three-head motoryacht with two (2) salons, unique dining area and a galley two-steps down (forward).

Twin 550hp Detroits that will cruise her at 18 knots and an Onan 15kW generator to power all your systems.

If you are looking for a great liveaboard cruising yacht, this is a must see boat.  Owner is moving up and wants offers.  Let's talk!!

Accommodations

She has a teak interior that is very beautiful and well done.

Her upper and lower salons give you the feel of a much larger yacht.  The lower helm station blends into the interior and the side doors and aft door make docking and line handling an easy task.

The upper salon has windows on all sides and a large L-shaped couch to port and a built-in entertainment center to starboard.  Aft of the lower helm seat is a built-in bar and wet sink.  This is like having a family room on your boat!

The lower salon is also open and spacious with a couch to port and two (2) chairs on the starboard side.  On the portside, going forward is an L-shaped booth with white vinyl and a triangular shaped table for dining.

The galley is to starboard, forward and features a large refrigerator, stove and microwave.

This vessel has three (3) staterooms and three (3) heads.

The full beam master stateroom is spacious and includes a queen-size bed and a bathtub in the head.

The VIP stateroom is in the bow, but not the usual layout.  The head is all the way forward and the berth is to port.  There is a high ceiling in this area with a port light.

The third stateroom is aft of the lower salon and is an office with a built-in desk and cabinets forward and a couch aft.  There is a drop down bunk above the couch that converts this area into bunk beds.

You must see this vessel to appreciate her.

Galley

The galley has a double bowl stainless steel sink, a 3-burner Galley Maid stove with oven and grill, a Whirlpool Gold convection microwave oven and a Whirlpool 18 c/f refrigerator with icemaker.  She also has a new (2007) Raritan 12 gallon hot water system.  Counterspace is limited but workable and only steps to dining area.

Electronics and Navigational Equipment

She is fitted with an ICOM IC-M120 and a Navman 7200 VHF radios, a Garmin 3010C color chart plotter, a Raytheon RC630 chart plotter,  Simrad autopilot, Datamarine depth finder and an Azimuth and Danforth compasses.

Deck

Good access forward to bow via side decks.

There is a large bench seat forward with new cushions.

On the bow is a 40lb Danforth type anchor, a Maxwell 2200 windlass and on the deckhouse is a Zodiac 6-man life raft.

Access to the flybridge is in the upper salon next to the helm station, via a teak ladder.  The upper helm has two (2) helm seats and a large bench seat aft.  She is fitted with a fixed frame hardtop.

On the aft section of the flybridge is the davit and a 1988 11' Boston Whaler with a 25hp Evinrude outboard.  There is a  Sitex VHF radio and a Hummingbird depth finder onboard.

There are side doors (port and starboard) of the lower helm station and a rear door that leads to a small aft deck that makes it easy to access the swim platform and handle lines when docking.

Remarks

This is a very clean boat that has been taken care of throughout her life.  The owner is moving up and would consider a larger yacht in trade.
