“LORI ANN II” IS A Beautiful classic flush deck motoryacht with bullet proof fiberglass construction. This vessel is powered by twin 285 hp Detroit diesels. Currently a live-aboard and has had a lot of work completed in the last three years. New exterior paint, teak redone, new flooring, new ceiling panels. Detroit diesels will cruise at 10-12 knots and run 14 knots wide open. In addition to a great liveabord accommodations, this Flush Deck design has good seakeeping and handling characteristics, and "LORI ANN II" has enjoyed the benefit of knowledgeable ownership over the years. Unlike many sisterships who have suffered from novice "refubishing", the third stateroom was professionally converted to enlarge the master stateroom so that this area offers a built-in vanity/desk space and fantastic storage cpacities; the balance of her interior design remains as originally designed. BROKERS REMARKS: “Lori Ann II” cruises like a trawler with her twin Detroit Diesel 853 N's. She is upgraded inside and out with wood work on exterior with mirror finish, all headliners on interior refitted to be crisp, all flooring completed with upscale appearance. Salon is tastefully laid out. This is what appears to be a fresh water taken care of vessel but located in the south. The paint shines like new, non-skid areas have also been updated with fresh paint, al canvas is in above average condition and updated recently. A nice vessel and price has been dropped from sentimental value to below market v/s condition due to a major plan change for the seller. He needs to move the boat!
