Hull construction is a vacuum-bagged, wet-preg EPOXY, unidirectional ?E? glass, and CoreCell core laminate locally reinforced with CARBON FIBER.
The hull is post-cured in an oven to 145 degrees. **Pound-for-pound a post-cured epoxy resin laminate is 10 times stronger than a comparable polyester resin laminate

The laminate in the keel area is reinforced with multiple plies of high-tensile CARBON FIBER.
