Accomodation 6' 2" headroom throughout, the Catalina 38' sleeps 7. A 6' 5" v berth in the fwd cabin sleeps 2, with a filler piece that converts to a seat. Water tank is below v berth, along with 2 storage drawers port & stbd. Storage also in a fore peak cabinet, behind a flip up door under the seat, and in 6 drawers port & stbd aft of the berth. Shelves and cabinets above drawers, hullside shelves port & stbd. Hanging locker aft and to stbd with cabinets, shelves, and 3 drawers below. (3) 12V overhead lights and a screened opening overhead hatch provide light and ventilation.
Aft to port is the enclosed head with teak grate and wall-mounted shower. Wood laminate counters with a single basin stainless steel sink and manual salt water toilet. Storage behind mirrored sliders above sink and in cabinet and drawer below. Screened opening port in cabin trunk and solar vent overhead. (2) outlets conveniently located on aft bulkhead at counter, mirror on fwd bulkhead.
Teak handrails run fore & aft to port and stbd above the main salon. The U-shaped dinette settee to port converts to a 7' double berth when the table is lowered. The 6'8" settee to stbd can sleep another crew member. Blue cushions throughout are in great condition, as is the fitted blue rug that snaps in place to cover the cabin sole. (6) large fixed ports let in natural light, along with an overhead hatch. Storage to port and stbd is behind cabinets, hullside fiddled shelves, cubbies behind seatbacks, and below settees. Batteries are located below port aft settee, and the holding tank is below the fwd section of the port settee.
Aft and to stbd is a 7'6" quarter berth that sleeps 2. Fuel tank below, fiddled hullside shelf for storage above and 12V overhead light.
Standard T-shaped cockpit configuration with teak grates on cockpit deck and storage below settees. Sunbrella cockpit cushions in great condition.

Hull Fiberglass hull Awlgripped in '99 - "Flag Blue" with white boot stripe and gold cove stripe. Bottom was stripped, barrier coated, and painted with CSC Micron ablative bottom paint. Beautiful tumblehome and wine glass transom make this hull such an eye catcher.
Deck is fiberglass with balsa coring. White gelcoat with sandstone molded anti-skid.
