This 42' Catalina MK II is in owners pride condition! In 2005 a new mast and rigging was installed. 11/2007 a fresh bottom and hull detail prepared her a splash this month after her winter storage. The MK II is a 3 Stateroom layout, with the Master Stateroom forward with it's own in suite head. Port and starboard aft Staterooms are very comfortable. A Yanmar 50 H/P provides economical power. The Roller furling Main and Genoa make short handed sailing an ease. The generous Cockpit will seat owners and guests very comfortably and is great for entertaining.

Accommodations
This Catalina 42 MK II is the 3 Cabin layout with two Heads, and beautiful teak joinery. In the well lighted and open Salon is a "C" shaped Settee to the port side and a bench seat tothe starboard side of the table, the Salon provides a very warm setting for entertaining. The well equiped Galley is on the Starboard side. The Master Stateroom is forward with it's own insuite head, and the two port and starboard aft Staterooms are aft and seperated by the engine compartment and are well venilated.
