ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: The forward stateroom features a large v-berth with room not only to sit up in bed but an area to get dressed in as well, an ensuite head, cedar lined hanging locker, shelves, drawers, two opening hatches and one opening port for excellent ventilation. Moving aft we come to the spacious main salon. Decked out in mint nova suede, it features a long single berth and nav station to port and the settee and galley to starboard. The settee comes equipped with a full size dining table as well as a smaller cocktail table that can go in its place. Entrance to the aft cabin is port side. The aft stateroom features a queen size island berth, two large hatches into the cockpit for added ventilation, dual cedar lined hanging lockers, storage bins, seating and room to move about. GALLEY: The full service galley features dual stainless steel sinks with hot and cold running water, combination top and front loading refrigerator and separate top loading freezer, (both Adler Barbour cold plate type), three burner Princess propane stove with oven, counter top dry locker, microwave oven and plenty of drawers and cabinets for storage. HEAD(S): There are private forward and aft heads, both feature a shower, marine toilet, vanity with sink, mirror, cabinets and drawers. The aft head has a dual entry and allows private access from both the aft cabin and main salon. ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: “VooDoo” is equipped with an Autohelm ST50 depth, speed, wind, GPS and Autohelm ST6000. At the nav station: Autohelm ST50 GPS repeater, Apelco 5160 VHF, Sony XCR210 stereo with speakers in the cockpit and in each cabin all of which have separate volume controls, Panasonic TV with built in VHS player, Heart Freedom remote panel, masthead TV antenna, dual Ritchie power-damp compasses. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: AC/DC panel at nav station, dual group 4D house batteries with switches, Heart Freedom 20 inverter/charger, single 30 amp inlet with shore cord, TV phone inlet. SAILS & RIGGING: Double spreader, keel stepped mast with inboard chainplates, Schaeffer headstay roller furling, 155% genoa, full battened mainsail with Dutchman flaking system, dual reef points and cover, dual genoa lead tracks (four total) with cars, solid boom vang, mainsheet traveler on coach roof with 6:1 purchase, dual quad sheet stoppers, Lewmar ST40 halyard winch, OP1 electric halyard winch, two ST58 primary winches. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS: 44 gallon fuel tank, 107 gallon water tank, 20 and 18 gallon holding tanks, PYI feathering prop, dripless shaft seal, Racor 500FG primary filter. Split system, reverse cycle air conditioning ducted to all cabins, shore side water hookup, cockpit shower, propane locker with 10 lb. marine grade aluminum tank, dual steering helms, Maxwell 800 horizontal anchor windlass, new Seaward hot water heater. SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Manual and electric bilge pumps, dual lifelines, stainless steel bow and stern pulpit, three fire extinguishers, 45 lb. CQR anchor with rode, life ring, emergency tiller, six life jackets, horn, day night flares. CANVAS AND OTHER MISC: Bimini, dodger, wheel covers, helm/table cover, cockpit table, cockpit cushions, three winch handles, dual solar vents, stern rail seats, walk thru transom with swim ladder, four fenders and 5/8”x25’dock lines, two brass cabin lights in each stateroom, pull down window shades in main salon. COMMENTS: This boat has been lightly used and well maintained. There are only 560 hours on the engine. The large painting in the main salon does not convey with the boat.
