Accommodations
As one comes down the companionway, the well laid out galley is to port. Going aft past the galley brings one into the master stateroom. There is a centerline queen berth, with ventilation from hatches on both the port and starboard sides. The design and volume of this cabin is more in line with what one would expect to find on a center cockpit boat. The aft cabin is en-suite with the head and separate shower to starboard. There is a door leading out through the head into the salon area, past the nav station to starboard. The settee to port may be converted into a double berth. The V Berth forward will also accomodate two, and has its own vanity with hot and cold water. There are hanging lockers in both forward and aft cabins, as well as stowage lockers spread throughout the boat. The single settee to starboard may also be used for accomodating one more person.
The boat is kept cool with two Marine Aire units, 12000 and 16000 BTU's.

Galley
The galley is L shaped and to port. Closest to the bulkhead is the front and top loading 12 volt refrigerator, with corian counter top. Just forward of the fridge, also outboard, is the 3 burner propane stove and oven. Directly above the stove is the microwave. Facing forward there is a large countertop area, as well as a dry storage locker. Moving inboard along the counter are two large stainless steel sinks, with pressurized hot and cold water. There is also a spraydown head in the galley. To the right of the sinks is the trash can. Above the countertop is the rack for plates and glasses, and outboard of the sinks is a large storage compartment.

Electronics
There is ample space at the nav statioin for any upgrades on electronics, as well as at the helm. There is easy access to everything, and the helmsman has an unobstructed view of all the instruments.
  • Garmin 128 GPS/Chartplotter
  • Raytheon ST 60 speed
  • Raytheon ST 60 Depth
  • Raytheon ST 5000 Autopilot
  • Std Horizon Intrepid VHF with RAM
  • Raytheon ST 60 Multi at Nav Station
  • West Marine Stereo/CD

Electrical
There is both a 12 volt DC and 120 volt AC system on the boat. The AC is brought to the boat by a 30 Amp umbilical cord. The DC system is powered by two 4 D batteries. There is a battery charger on board, as well as an alternator.

Sails
The main is fully battened and has a Dutchman system for ease of stowage. The genoa is a 135%, and is on a Schaeffer roller furing system. All the halyards and sheets lead into the cockpit, and everything can be controlled without moving onto the deck.

Deck
The deck layout on this boat is clean and uncluttered, and allows one easy access to the bow for anchoring. All the lines are led aft into the cockpit, which reduces the risks of going forward in bad weather. There are cleats strategically located at the bow and stern, as well as midships. The windlass is belowdecks, with the drum being the only part sticking out. There is a chain locker just forward of the windlass, and the locker keeps the shank of the anchor secure. There is also an anchor roller on the bow for the 33 lbs Bruce anchor. The rode consists of 50' of chain and 200' of 5/8 nylon. There is also a 32 lbs Danforth with 10' of chain and 200' feet of nylon.
The Seaworthy dinghy has a 3.5 HP Nissan outboard.

Engine
The Yanmar 40 HP inboard diesel has under 370 hours, and has been meticulously maintained. It moves the boat comfortably through the water, and uses a heat exchanger for cooling. There is a second heat exchanger used to heat the water in the hot water cylinder.
