This Catalina 310 has in-mast furling, furling 150% genoa and 4'4" draft. At the helm there is a Raymarine package that includes, auto pilot, speed and log, depth sounder, wind speed and AWI. All halyards lead aft to the cockpit through stops and the halyard winches are self-tailing. Below deck there is a center-line berth forward, L-shaped galley, large queen berth under the cockpit and a enclosed head compartment. She is in excellent condition and ready to cruise.
Accommodations
Starting forward, first a center-line berth with storage under, hanging locker, storage locker, large overhead opening hatch, two opening ports and a privacy door. Next is the main cabin with port and starboard settees, the galley is aft on the starboard side, aft of the galley is a large queen berth under the cockpit with a opening hatch, storage locker and a privacy curtain. The head compartment is across from the galley.
