The Cape Dory 28 is a classy Downeast-style cruiser with a traditional lobster-boat character to go along with her modern construction. A beautiful and well cared for model of the popular Cape Dory 28' "Pelican", being a 1990 model, has the desirable features only found on the latest 28's built. She has an angled flybridge ladder, bow rail extended back to the cockpit, large cockpit locker, straight settee with folding table in the deck house, and a folding helm seat.
Accommodations
V-berth forward with filler piece. Ash ceiling strips as a hull liner and teak cabinets above each berth. Hanging locker aft to port followed by a spacious enclosed head. Head includes marine toilet, vanity sink, shower with hot and cold pressure water and plenty of light. Opposite is the L-shaped galley which has ample storage and counter space. Up two steps to the enclosed deckhouse. Helm station to starboard. Settee to port converts to a double berth. A folding table mounts on the aft bulkhead. Teak and holly sole.
Galley
L-shaped galley includes, alcohol/electric stove, AC/DC refrigerator, sink with hot and cold water and storage lockers. Teak locker over stove and tile back protection panel.
