Accommodations Entering the cockpit from the transom door you will note that the vessel is well protected from bow to stern with canvas. There are two hatches with pneumatic assist rams that allow easy access to the steering components, the stern anchor and roller, and the Westerbeke 8 KW generator. There is a hot and cold shower in the cockpit that also will double as a fresh water wash down. Four Perko rod-holders. Up a stainless steel ladder to an enclosed aft deck with fiberglass hardtop and wing doors where you will enjoy entertaining family and guests alike. The deck is carpeted and nicely appointed with wicker deck furnishings consisting of two tables and six chairs, a wet bar with U-Line icemaker and ample storage.
Entering the large companionway door down three steps to the salon you will take note how the owner has brought together her own tasteful flair in the newly appointed soft goods that exudes luxury. The entire vessel has custom mini-blinds and curtains, color coordinated carpeting, and is heated and air conditioned for year round comfort. The interior teak woods are high gloss and give off a warm and rich feeling. There is wall-to-wall carpeting throughout with the exception of the galley. Some very notable features the salon has to offer is the hide-away roll top helm that when closed, aesthetically is very pleasing on port and on the starboard side, you will find the opulent entertainment center with built in wet bar.
The Master Stateroom is aft down three steps on starboard. The first thing that you will notice is the abundance of both drawer and hanging locker space this vessel has to offer, which far exceeds what is found on much larger vessels. Queen island berth with soft gray comforter and accent pillows. Vanity on port side with pedestal seating forward of vanity is Master head with separate stall shower and Vacu-Flush head. Throughout the boat there is ample lighting most of which is on wall mounted switching.
Returning to the salon and down three steps you will find the very open and airy galley and dinette. Continuing forward is VIP guest cabin and guest head and shower with Vacu-Flush head. Complete with an island pedestal berth and ample hanging and drawer storage.
Galley Galley is on starboard where you will find an abundance of storage and ample Corian counter space to prepare meals at the docks or underway. The galley is equipped with double stainless steel sinks, a Galley Maid three-burner electric stove and oven, G.E. Spacemaker built-in microwave oven, Norcold AC/DC model DE-828 front-loading refrigerator/freezer. Across on port you will find down dinette that seats four and conveniently converts with an electrical up & down control for ease to a sleeping berth for two. The galley sole is highlighted with teak and holly sole. There is access to the engine room from this level.
Electrical Ships 12 volt (DC) & 110 Volt (AC) systems; (AC); is supplied by two 30 amp 50' shore cables and 8 KW Westerbeke generator with sound shield (approx. 630 hrs.). Newmar 30 amp silicone diode automatic battery charger, (DC) is supplied by a total of (9) batteries, (6) golf cart batteries (inverter), (2) 8-D wet cell marine batteries for main starting, (1) 4-D for generator start battery, all installed in acid resistant containers with Perko battery selector switch. Deluxe master control panel for DC and AC electric power system with circuit breaker protected. Shore power inlet with connector and ship/shore selector switch. Heart Freedom 2500-watt inverter with 100 amp smart charger with Heart 2000 link panel. Seaward 15-gallon water heater.
