Accommodations This 45 Californian has the more popular Island berth forward layout. The boat is tastefully decorated in neutral colors and the teak trim and paneling is in excellent condition. The boat truly does show light use. Entertainment is provided in the master stateroom by an RCA 20" TV/VCR. There is a 20" TV/VCR in the salon with a Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo w/dual cassette decks, amplifier and graphic EQ. The aft deck also has a 20" RCA TV built in above the wet bar. All of the hanging lockers are cedar lined. The master suite has more than ample drawers, hanging lockers and storage for extended cruising. Can sleep four in staterooms, dinette sleeps two, settee sleeps one. Master stateroom is forward with queen berth, head and shower. Guest stateroom has private shower and head. Carpeting, drapes, cushions, linens, one table, two chairs and three sofas. Headroom is 6'7". Wet bar.
Galley The galley features solid surface counters; Sharp Carousel II Convection microwave; ample storage and pantry space as well as counter space to prepare large meals. The laundry is located in the companion way to the master stateroom and is a GE Space Maker stacked unit.
