Cabo Yachts are famous for their attention to detail in the mechanical and electrical systems.  Nowhere is this more evident than the spacious and functional engine room on the 45' Express.  All systems are easily accessible for ease of maintenance and operation.  In December of 2006, the meticulous owner of "Ty One On" had Ace Marine perform the "normal" 400 hour MAN service plus the following additional items to insure him and/or the next owner many hours of trouble free service.

The cockpit is well laid out, extremely functional and roomy.  She has twin in deck fish boxes with the Eskimo ice chipper discharge in the starboard box. There are cockpit speakers, an electric reel deep drop outlet, coaming pad, fresh and salt water washdown, a hot and cold freshwater shower nozzle, side gaff and/or storage lockers, engine room access, sink and tackle center, bait freezer and a fighting chair, transom door and gate, Glenndenning cable master.  All in all the 45' Cabo is one of the best thought out fishing machines in the business.

Other Features

Owner has painstakingly compiled a complete laminated handbook that details all aspects of the boat's systems including start up procedure, maintenance schedules, and systems operation for easy quick reference!!

Remarks

"Ty One On" is undoubtedly one of the best equipped and outfitted express boats you will ever see.  She was special ordered with over $290,000 worth of custom upgrades ad equipment.  She is lacking nothing and has been professionally and rigorously maintained.  Any one looking for a 45' Cabo Express owes it to themselves to see the "Ty One On."  She has been delivered to our docks to be sold and awaits the most discriminating buyers inspection!!
