Description "Tropic Bird" designed by the legendary Ted Brewer and built by well reputed South African boat builders, offers all the charm and feel that can only come from such a pedigree. She offers extremely generous living space as would be expected for a 50' vessel. Even though there are "Works" to do she is far from a "major project boat". Her price reflects her motivated sellers.
