Accommodations This is an unsinkable family/fishing boat that has an excellent express layout, plenty of room below to sleep 4, enclosed head and shower, galley,lounge, stereo, and all the comforts of thome. The hull is very rugged and stiff, providing a solid and predictable feel in any sea. This model features the split level raised bridge deck, where the engines are accessed through hatcheds on the bridge deck. The transom door in the cockpit allows easy boarding when docked astern. The helm and passenger seating or forward facing with high platforms for great visibility. The oversized windshield provides excellent protection for inclement weather conditions. The companionway is offset to port to accommodate the generous helm seat. Once you're inside, it's four teak steps down to the main salon. Galley is to starboard sidewith a wrap around convertible dinette across to port. There are bulkheads on either side of the forward cabin that create a private forward cabin. A louvered bi-fold door sits centerline to complete the separation between main and forward cabins. Rich teak wood paneling and trim are abundant and contrast nicely to the white mica counter tops and wall coverings.

Deck Equipment Of course the famous Whaler Unibond construction is absolutely unsinkable. On deck there are (2) removable seventy-two(72) quart coolers with cushioned seating. Under the gunwales are rod storage compartments. Cockpit bolsters all around. Under the deck to port is a shallow storage bin with aft engine access. Quick access hatches to stuffing boxes and rudders are conveniently placed. Anodized aluminum heavy duty 2" bow rail provides safety on the foredeck. Rub rails are stainless steel. the integral bow pulpit has a stainless steel bow, spring and stern cleats are first class.
Features This vessel will be in-water for Summer 2006 and is available to be seen anytime at its dock in Chicago.
