Vessel Walkthrough Interior was completely removed to stringers and rebuilt, hull was split and recaulked with modern new rubrail, interior salon was custom built to an "L" shaped lounge, rod storage for at least 22 rods under seat and back, "L" shaped lounge makes up to a double bed, teak step under foot at lounge has plenty of storage, hanging locker forward of ice maker and under 13" color TV which swivels fore and aft, Onkyo Rack Stereo System with CD and Sonance Fluchmount Speakers; Sony Satellite TV receiver, Raritan Galley Maid 12v freshwater system, Paneltronics custom electrical distribution panel, aft window replaced with new style to match side windows, window on cabin door replace and has Marlin etching, vee berth has a Corian table on gas piston for eating when seated, gas piston collapses to make full berth forward.
Galley/Laundry Microwave & Princess two burner halogen stove, Corian countertop with undermount sink and soap dispenser, European faucet with purified water control, all custom teak cabinetry with touch latch doors, slide away Mr. Coffee behind the faucet on countertop, Raritan icemaker plumbed to water purifier, refrigerator freezer in galley, custom blinds.
Master Stateroom AC/heat with electronic SMX control, custom windows in cabin sides with limousine tiny, etched glass hiding rope locker in vee berth, 4 custom halogen 12v lights up forward, 5 custom 12v invertor to 110v halogen lights in galley, all lights operate independently on euro switches, interior has solid teak floor with indirect lighting.
Fly Bridge Pipewelders half tower with side mount outriggers single spreader Rupp, with center rigger, tower has heavy duty 110v halogen cockpit light, all around white light with strobe, Kallenberg chrome dual trumpet airhorns, ACR remote searchlight on half tower, tackle locker under helm seats, helm seats are Pompanette heavy duty stanchions and slide assemblies, bridge cover and helm chairs covers, Jensen stereo on bridge with CD, Polyplaner speaker on bridge/cockpit, Simpso Lawrence chain and rope winch on bow with chrome side drum, bridge enclosure, all gauges on bridge were replaces with VDO night vision gauges, all switches on distribution panel on bridge were change with waterproof switches, tachometers have hour meter in them from VDO, separate distribution panel on bridge for electronics, separate battery for electronics, batter charge is heavy duty 30 amp stainless charger (Charles) with automatic shut-off.
Head Completely renovated with newer look, shower with enclosure, stainless hot water heater approximately 5 gallons.
Engine Room Brand new 2001 Engines installed in May of 2001 - Full warranties in effect until January 2003. Engines have approximately 440 hours.

Remarks "Fortunate" has brand new Caterpillar engines as of May 2001. Extended warranties until January 2003. This vessel must be seen with her completely custom interior and state of the art electronics. Overbuilt by any standard. Showing is a pleasure!!!
