The 461 Oceanis is as beautiful standing still as she is under sail. She accelerates quickly and is easily sailed solo or by two people and handles like a dream in all conditions.She loves 18-25 knot winds and ghost nicely in 5 knots. The 461 will generally do about a little better than half the wind speed. The Interior (three (3) cabin two(2) head is luxurious,well thought out, and comfortable for six(6) adults but you can use the convertable dining area for more sleeping inorder to provide a place for late night use and earlyu risers. The european galley along the port side is great for multi "would-be" chefs to work side by side. The 6'3" headroom and 14 foot beam provides space aplenty. all in all the 461 is the perfect boat for cruising or racing. She rivals custom yachts that cost 2 to 3 times as much!!!
