VESSEL WALKTHROUGH: Entering the boat there is the saloon amidship, with two sofas facing and a central dining table. Forward is a double cabin with V berth, and a bathroom. Aft are two double cabins sharing a separate bathroom. The galley is down to starboard. The chart table is facing the galley; to port. STATEROOM: Double berth Drapes Sink Wall covering ID0258 closet There are 3 staterooms aboard, one forward with a double berth in "V", and two aft with double berths. In each stateroom there is a sink. Healiners are in white ceilings. MAIN SALON: The main saloon is downstairs, amidship, with a central dining table in wood and two sofas facing (one to port, one to starboard), which are convertible into single berths. Floors all re-varnished. New cushions in saloon. BATHROOM: Highlights: Head; Shower; Sink. The forward bathroom is to starboard, with mirror, shower and head. The aft bathroom is to port, with mirror, shower and sink (the head has been removed). There are sinks in each stateroom. GALLEY/LAUNDRY: 12Volts Frigomatic refrigerator (2 compartments) Locker Eno 2 burners stove with oven (new Feb. 2002) Double sink Fresh water system NAVIGATION STATION: Highlights: (2) Autohelm autopilots; Uniden MC 1010 VHF radio (March 2002); Compass. All other electronic instruments are on the way to be changed (NKE nav station, Furuno radar, GPS). ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 220 Volts AC electrical system (4) 95amp hrs batteries for a total of 380 amp/h 12 Volts DC electrical system (2) 48watts solar power Seaflux MK III battery charger New electrical panel. Alternator on engine. MAIN DECK: (2) CQR & Brittany anchors Anchor davit 9ft Plastimo dinghy (new Jan. 2002) Goiot windlass 4hp Yamaha dinghy engine (1995 - checked) Navigation light No bimini, but a removable sun cover for the cockpit. Plastimo life raft for 6 persons (June 1991). 6 hatch plexiglass changed. HULL: Construction: Boat damaged during Lenny hurricane in Nov. 1999 (one hole to port above water line). ENGINE ROOM: Good condition. Checked in 2001 by a mechanics. SAILS AND RIGGING: 42.8sq m genoa on roller furling (4) Lewmar ST winches (2x46 - 2x 30) 29.33sq m main sail Isomat aluminium mast Asymetrical spinnaker (2) Spinnaker poles Goiot roller furling (on genoa) All sails in average condition (checked). One main sail, one genoa on roller furling, another genoa (spare), one asymetrical spinnaker.
