Disclaimer
This First 40.7 has been professionally maintained since day one with one owner and has never been in charter. She was in Slidell, LA for Katrina in 2005 but faired very well, so well the sellers lived aboard for three months, two adults & two kids. The bow pulpit and the radar were damaged. The bow pulpit was replaced and the radar was removed. Since then the First 40.7 has gone to & raced in the Caribbean and cruised & raced along the Gulf Coast, all along being professionally maintained. She is turn Key either for cruising, racing or both. This is the right boat for you!
