Cockpit Two cockpits allow the functions of sailing and entertaining to be safely separated. The forward cockpit with folding varnished mahogany table has a dodger which folds away into recessed coachroof storage. A bimini provides shade both while sailing and at anchor. Teak cockpit sole is removable for access to engine compartment below. Teak cockpit seats have white cushions and backrests. The aft sailing cockpit has twin wheels with sailing instruments repeated at each station. Controls for electric winches, electric genoa furling systems, hydraulics and complete engine control panel are located in this cockpit. The layout of winches and controls allow for easy short-handed sailing. The central instrumentation system is a Raytheon ST80 instrument package feeding a Seatalk bus which connects all instruments on the boat. At each wheel two ST80 Masterviews and 360 deg. analog wind allow access to and calibration of all functions. Four ST80 Masterviews mounted behind the mast display all functions in large LCD digits, viewable from either cockpit. Masterviews are controlled by remote control pad in the sailing cockpit. A Raytheon Linear-Hydraulic Type II Autopilot is accessed from an Autopilot remote control pad at the stbd. wheel and viewable on all ST80 Masterviews. A Raytheon 20XX Radar display is connected to a radar dome mounted on a hydraulically adjusted radar pole.

Additional INON is arguably one of the best yachts ever to come out of the Beneteau factory in France and at 64' is the largest yacht carrying the Beneteau name. Designed by Bruce Farr, this yacht has performance and outstanding luxury not found in any other yacht of this price. INON has spent her short life in the great lakes, only exposed to the elements for five months of the year and stored in a heated shed for the winter months. The owner, being from an engineering background, has maintained the boat meticulously and kept all the systems running in as-new condition. The boat was commissioned by Garth Hichens Rigging who have also de-commissioned and re-commissioned the yacht each season. The owner is reluctantly placing this boat on the market due to the extremely low water level in Lake Erie. This boat is available immediately in Catawba Island Club, Port Clinton, Ohio, approximately 1-1/2 hours drive from Cleveland.
