NINA is the "owners version" (non charter) of this modern auxiliary sloop designed for comfortable cruising in style and comfort for a couple or small family. Her current owners have been cruising the East coast and the Bahamas for the past seven years and have made numerous improvements to the systems and accomodations to optimize her for cruising without compromising her sailing abilities. She is in "turn-key" condition for more of the same with her next owners.
Accommodations
Nina's accommodations are well thought out and spacious. The owner has made many improvements adding even greater comfort and storage space than originally provided.
The forward (or Master) stateroom contains a custom made, centerline, innerspring, queen sized mattress with custom fitted sheets & mattress pad. Additional port and starboard clothing storage lockers increase her already ample storage space found in the hanging locker, bureau, shelves and drawers, as well as under her custom upholstered bench seat to port. You'll also find improved lighting, a private head with H/C shower, separate 20 gallon holding tank, overhead hatch, opening port and dorade vent.
The main salon contains an improved dining table with a leaf stored in her centerline bench seat, custom book shelves to starboard, custom chairs to port with the nav table in between, with outboard instrument and electrical panels. Natural lighting is provided by two fixed hull portlights, port and starboard, four opening portlights with sun shades, two fixed overhead portlights, and a Lewmar overhead hatch with shades. Night lighting is provided by six overhead halogen lights three of which have been upgraded to adjustable spotlights.
The aft (guest) sleeping cabin is to port with doors to the head and main salon and a double berth which is 6'8" x 5' wide. There is ample storage here also and it is ventilated and lighted by two fixed portlights, two opening portlights, overhead Lewmar hatch, Hella turbo fans and a swivel reading light.
The aft head with H/C shower is to port and has its own holding tank with overboard discharge capability via a macerator pump and seacock. There is, also, a Y valve for either the holding tank or the Lectra-San MSD

Galley
The L shaped galley is to starboard with ample storage lockers, an under counter slide out locker with wire baskets, many shelves & drawers. It has two fixed portlights, two opening ports and an overhead Lewmar hatch. Its propane system has two aluminum 10 lb tanks in a vented aft locker with a remotely actuated shut-off valve.
Additional galley features and equipment are: Force 10 three burner gimbaled stove with oven 110V microwave oven Double SS sinks with upgraded extendable faucet, auxilliary hand and foot pumps Top loading freezer & Front loading fridge, both chilled by an Adler Barbour Cold Machine 11 gallon water heater
