ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:
The Beneteau 373 was designed equally for excellent performance and comfort. Everything from the thoughtful stern rail seats and large cockpit above decks to the fully functional galley and beautiful cabins below provide all you need for entertaining, live aboard, or cruising. “Brown Eyed Girl” has many extras that make sailing this boat a complete enjoyment!
GALLEY:
The galley features a double stainless steel sink with mixer tap, a pressurized hot/cold water system, a two-burner LPG stove with opening port above, microwave placed in a built in shelf, cutlery drawer, waste can, a 12V refrigerator and freezer, trash can, and a hot water heater.
HEAD(S):
The electric head features a separate shower compartment with teak seat, a handheld flexible shower unit, electric sump pump, a built-in washbasin with mixer tap and pressurized hot/cold water, and marine toilet with holding tank, mirror, and macerator. Locker space and clothes hooks are also available for storage.
ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:
Electronics include an ICOM M402 VHF marine radio with remote, Raytheon ST60 tridata, a C80 chartplotter, 2Kw Radar/Raystar GPS, and a Hinckley TV antenna. An AM/FM/CD stereo with salon speakers is also on board.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The electrical system is made up of two12v batteries, two upgraded 4D batteries, a 110v shore power system, and a 20 amp battery charger. There is one 110v outlet per cabin, and one each for the chart table, head, and galley.
SAILS & RIGGING:
Sails and rigging equipment includes in-mast furling, a 140% genoa, two sets of aft-swept spreaders, running rigging including a mainsheet with blocks, two genoa sheets, and a genoa halyard, a mainsail halyard, main boom topping lift, a rigid boom vang, an electric windlass, winch upgrade, and a main boom topping lift.
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:
The engine is a Yanmar 39 hp diesel fueled from a 33 gallon fuel tank. The engine compartment is insulated with foam for protection and noise reduction. There is an external engine instrument panel on the coaming with a tachometer, hour meter, and fuel gauge. Fixed three-blade prop.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
Safety equipment includes the required USCG safety equipment.
CANVAS AND OTHER MISC:
Canvas includes a dodger with stainless steel aft rail insert and bimini. Also on board are many extras such as central heat and air, skyscreen/hatch screens, three Hella fans, bottom paint/two coats epoxy primer and two coats anti-fouling paint, three winch covers, binnacle cover, a telephone inlet on transom, and a hot/cold cockpit shower.
COMMENTS:
“Brown Eyed Girl” is in excellent condition with so many extras added! This boat is ready to be sailed and equipped with everything you need for a short sail or long cruising!
