Actual Condition Includes a Onan 8kw Genset with hush cover. At present, air conditioning system has not been checked out. It appears the interior is complete and mostly original...stereo, speakers and tv have been removed in the salon.
The upholstery and carpets are in decent condition, except for the carpet in the lower hallway and the guest room. They have been removed because they were not cleanable. All the galley appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, disposal and blender have been tested and appear to be working properly. The pilot house furnishings are complete. The galley is complete and the stateroom and heads are complete and original right down to the curtains, comforters and pillows.
The salon furniture is complete, including original chairs and table. the boat was believed to have been in a divorce dispute and has been poorly maintained for the last 4 years. The hull has original finish and needs to be detailed. upholstery and canvas on the flybridge needs recovering.

Starboard engine runs excellent and shows 1500 hours. The port engine ran well but was losing coolant and at present is in repair. engine instrumentation seem to be working properly, as well as the shifters and throttles, most of the engine instruments seem to be in working condition along with breaker switches and meters on both the AC and DC panels".
