ACCOMMODATIONS Accommodations for six guests in three staterooms consisting of the Master Stateroom, VIP stateroom and a Guest Stateroom. The Crew Quarters has two twin berths.
MASTER STATEROOM Onboard, you will find a luxurious master cabin which far exceeds expectations for a yacht of this size. The warm gold and bronze tones of the king size bed spread are accented by the rich Italian tobacco leather loveseat and vanity stool, along with warm cherry and burl wood insets.
The Master is accessed by a private, curved, cherry wood staircase aft and starboard in the Salon. A centerline king berth features a custom, beveled mirrored bulkhead with artwork . Artfully recessed lighting is in the overhead with cherry wood trim and Alcantra headliner. Digital AC controls are above the berth. The two cushion settee is to port. Cherry wood nightstands with drawers are to each side of the berth and bookshelves above. To the starboard side is an AM /FM / CD player. Just installed is a new Samsung flat screen television. The walk-in hanging locker is aft with a dressing mirror and three drawers. There is a owners safe installed in the walk in closet.
MASTER BATH The ensuite head has double sinks with marble counter tops. The flooring and counter tops are finished in a creamy Italian marble. The marble floors are beautifully trimmed with dark granite inlays. The cabinetry is in a high gloss cherry wood. The head is a Vacuflush; there is an exhaust fan and an opening porthole. The master bath has both a European shower with multi jets plus a full sized Jacuzzi tub with marble accents.
VIP STATEROOM Down the curved staircase forward of the dining salon you enter a companionway which leads to the two guest suites. The VIP is forward and boasts a large queen sized bed with stowage below and is covered with a pure silk spread in soft gold and tan brocade with accent pillows and shams that have also been added. A mirrored bulkhead adds to the spacious feeling highlighted by a lovely imported Italian print of Florence, Italy in the 1800s. The warm cherry woods and burl inlays are all done in hi-gloss which reflects natural light throughout. A vanity, which is located to port, and a nice loveseat sofa done in pale cream suede, to starboard, complete the furnishings of the cabin. Hanging lockers are located port and starboard just ahead the bed. A Sony 14" TV/VCR system accompanies this stateroom for entertaining pleasure.
VIP HEAD To starboard the ensuite head can be accessed. The VIP head has a vanity with mirror and marble countertops, a European shower with multi jets, a single sink with vanity and toilet. Creamy Italian marble countertops and floors trimmed with dark granite complete this bath.
GUEST STATEROOM A twin guest stateroom is to port with two side-by-side twin berths with custom spreads, accent pillows and window treatments. A nightstand with burlwood top and CD player separates the berths. The forward bulkhead is mirrored. There is one opening porthole and a full sized hanging locker. Accent rope lighting is beneath the berths. A guest head with a creamy Italian marble countertop and sole with granite accents, European shower with multiple jets shower enclosure, and Vacuflush head also serves as the day head with entry from stateroom and companionway. The head has mirrored cabinet doors and an opening port hole with drapes.
CREW QUARTERS The crew cabin is located in the forepeak and can be accessed by a six step stainless steel ladder from the deck hatch above. A hanging locker with a fire extinguisher is just forward of the locker. Twin berths are port and starboard each with a bookshelf and storage cabinet, reading light and electrical outlet. The port berth has a drawer beneath. AC control is a Cruiseair SMX II digital.
SALON The salon is captivating with its rich cherry and burl paneling, appointed with elegant fabrics, custom carpet, diffused lighting, Alcantra headliner, and large gently curved Italian leather sofas with toe kick lighting. The stainless steel sliding entry door has full drapes and the side windows have Roman shades; are all custom, made of silk and are fully lined. Aft and to port is a mini bar with three mirror-backed acrylic shelves above, a pull out bottle / glass storage and a Raritan ice maker below. Forward to starboard is the galley with Tambour panels which slide open for serving or closed for more formal entertaining. The lower part of this curved cherry wood wall opens to reveal the entertainment system with an AM / FM tuner, CD player and a dual cassette deck. A 12 disc CD player is above the staircase.
DINING As you move forward past the entertainment center, a single step up places you in the galley and dining area. The floors are done in black granite with naturally occurring deep brownish gold flecks throughout. There is a cherry burl wood dining table that can be opened and used as two small tables or closed to accommodate more guests; a semi-circular settee provides comfortable seating. The storage space is efficient and extensive with lockers built into the end of the dining area, a pull out bottle storage under the flybridge stairs and an electronically operated lift for plates, glasses and stemware.
GALLEY The galley is forward and to starboard of the salon with a pocket door and side deck door. It is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, GE Profile four burner stovetop with a AEG exhaust hood with light, GE Profile convection-microwave combination, GE trash compactor and double stainless sink with sprayer. The cabinetry is cherry wood, countertops are marble and the sole is marble. Lighting is direct and indirect with overhead lights and over counter fluorescent lighting. A Tambour sliding panel opens the galley for entertaining.
PILOTHOUSE 48 mile radar, 961 XD Northstar DGPS, Robertson autopilot and rudder indicator(Engine room and aft deck), compass, camera monitoring system, Icom M127 VHF radio, Auto Helm ST80, monitors, gauges, alarms, bow thruster control, Sat phone with fax, docking light controls, air horn, trim tabs.
AFT DECK Custom cherry dining table with stainless steel base. Wide angle security camera, port and starboard brackets for boarding ladder, swim ladder with hand rail operated hydraulically, hull side boarding ladder, swim platform is integral, hot and cold shower on platform, boarding gates port and starboard, stainless steel and Plexiglass transom boarding gate, port and starboard Lofrans warping winches, freshwater wash down, dockside water connection, remote micro commander controls for engines and thruster. Deck is teak over fiberglass. Refrigerator in custom cabinet port and forward, additional storage cabinet starboard. Aft bench seat with storage and custom freezer. Aft deck overhang with speakers and lighting, Hydraulic Jet Ski door, 24 volt winch motor for Jet Ski with rollers and two stainless steel sliding glass doors to salon.
LAUNDRY ROOM The laundry area is just across from the Guest Stateroom and aft of the VIP Stateroom.
DECK EQUIPMENT Anchor with 250' chain, stainless steel anchor trunk, Marquipt Tide Ride ladder, side deck engine room entrance with lockable door, intercom at foredeck, access to chain locker, fire pump outlet with hose in chain locker, port and starboard trunk storage lockers, stainless steel side rails port and starboard, new anchor windlass, (3) windshield washers and wipers, teak over fiberglass decks, chain wash switch, trunk cabin hatch to crew quarters, (2) courtesy lights at bow, (2) port and starboard side deck courtesy lights forward, (6) port and starboard overhead side deck lights.
FLYBRIDGE The fly bridge deck is non skid and is accessed through the salon by way of curved cherry wood and stainless steel staircase that leads to a sliding glass hatch. The entertainment area features a sunning area with cushions and cover, fly bridge stereo speakers, a large curved lounge with storage beneath and a cover, dining table, built-in BBQ and sink. THe helm station is equipped with: Intercom system and engine room monitor camera, Spectrum VHF radio, 961 Northstar chart plotter GPS, Furuno radar, Robertson Auto , Auto Helm digital speed and depth sounder with temp, Wesmar bow thruster control, Micro commander engine controls, indicators for trim tabs, Hi-Low adjustable table, bench helmseat with cover, air / electric horns, stainless steel pennant staff, fiberglass radar arch with recessed lighting, 5" compass, battery parallel switch, VDO gauges, bilge pump indicator lights at helm, fly bridge courtesy lights, deck courtesy lights, 2 remote search lights, steering pump controls, engine alarms for oil pressure, gear pressure, water temp and engine alarms for coolant level. A RIB Jet tender with fresh rebuild for engine and davit is aft of the lounge seat.

REMARKS You wont need to put together a cruising kit on this yacht as there is a large inventory of spare parts on board (i.e. belts, seals, gaskets oil and fuel filters, pumps etc).
