Vessel was then laid up in 2004 with a   riding crew aboard. The M/E   was not run during layup, so the machinery requires   overhaul. There is one   small generator working aboard now. Quotes to tow   the vessel to South Korea   for about USD $400,000---and Persian Gulf for about   USD $800,000.
